South Valley
The southern area of Cusco has 3 important places: Tipon with the best hydraulic system for irrigation of platforms, admired by many engineers, the place between protective apus such as Pachatusan makes it have a sacred value. Pikillacta pre-Inka culture and the walled place for some reason, the curious thing is the meaning of its name Pikillacta = city of fleas and Andahuaylias where the Sistine Chapel of America is located, with mural paintings that show us the syncretism that existed in both cultures, that of the Andes and that of Europe.
